The London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC) was a joint initiative between London's boroughs and TfL to deliver cost-effective highways service across the Capital.  Those arrangements expire in April 2021 when a new suite of frameworks and specification documents will both be available to boroughs.

 

Frameworks will cover:

1. Area based highway maintenance and projects.

2. Pan London higher value and more complex projects.

3. Surveys and Inspections.

 

Awards for these will be announced in summer and autumn 2020 and frameworks will go live on 1st April 2021.
